I saw that Pointer Glorie again today - the same bike with the same panniers.
From the time and the place, I would guess it was returning from the station after a day's work in the capital.
The rider was a smartly dressed young woman, who actually dismounts to use "zebra" crossings (most of us just cycle carefully across, although it is technically illegal, and the young lady is quite correct in her manner of traversing them!)
